SHIPPING POLICY

The Match Candle Company has a 14 day shipping policy from order placed to order received. We ship using the USPS on Monday and Tuesday during the hot weather season to ensure that your candle(s) do not sit in a hot warehouse or storage facility over the weekend. While we do our best to make sure your products are received in 14 days, with the current shipping issues that everyone has been experiencing with all carriers including the USPS, sometimes orders take a slight bit longer than anticipated and we have no control over this.
